Carver Films is a partnership between award-winning producers Anna McLeish and Sarah Shaw. Carver is a Melbourne-based development and production company making independent film and television, with global reach.

Carver’s recent feature Run Rabbit Run, written by acclaimed author Hannah Kent, directed by Daina Reid and starring Sarah Snook (Succession), premiered at Sundance 2023 and released worldwide on Netflix, debuting as the no. 1 most watched English language film  in Australia and the USA over its opening weekend.

Carver is currently in post-production on Saccharine, another collaboration with Natalie Erika James, following their successful partnership on Relic, which premiered at Sundance 2020 and sold worldwide. 

Previous Carver titles include Eddie Martin's Fire Front, award-winning SBS miniseries Sunshine (co-produced with Easy Tiger); Ariel Kleiman’s Partisan (Sundance 2015); New Zealand-set Shopping (Sundance, Berlin 2013); and Justin Kurzel’s Snowtown  (Cannes 2011).
